Hayter, you could not make it up!

Just watched on YT the launch of the "new and improved" Hayter 56 Pro.We have run these for around 4 years as they suited our sites, weight, and short handle length.Had issues with grass build up around roller scraper bar to the extent the roller would jam, took this up with Hayter and response was " in certain climatic conditions grass will build up, reduce forward speed and raise cutting height" They have now acknowledged the issue on launching the new model , and what have they done moved…

Husqvarna TF 325 (no longer needed)

Hi people,Last year I bought several pieces of equipment including a TF 325 tiller. It's been built but never used, infact- I haven't even put oil or petrol in it, nor have I started it. It's been sitting in my shed since September last year. If anyone's interested, get in touch. Due to weight, collection only in Norfolk area. Looks like they are approx £600 new, so would be happy to consider £500 ONOBest wishes M

Charging Stihl tools from the van

So I'm doing some light domestic work using mostly Stihl AK powered gardening tools, I'm wondering if anyone can recommend a way to charge them up between jobs whilst driving between jobs. There's probably a very obvious way of doing it but I've just moved house and haven't been doing my best thinking due to lack of sleep. Thanks all.

Lawn / soil problem

Hello all,my son has started a landscaping business. He's had a few jobs. The one we priced and is working on is a new build. The garden is pretty big, about 450m2.Our quote was to seed it, plant a hedge at the back and create a border around with pro-edge filled with bark / wood chippings. We have rotavated it numerous times with Sthil mh585. I thought they should have had 100mm of decent topsoil but all we have is rock hard clay. One part of the garden is so wet you could go knee deep. I have…

Honda or Masport?

Looking for lightish roller mower, not battery!Anyone using Honda 476 QY 19 inch or Masport rotorla 22 inch ? Both similar weight, looking at the Masport don't like the handle bracing bar which runs between the 2 vertical handles and looks like it will make it awkward to get the grass box on and off and no blade brake but the discharge chute lot wider than the Honda so wet collection better? Not interested in Hayter 48 vs bbc or 48 pro both crap, had both and sold them.Appreciate users thoughts…
